When will my order ship?
We know you are excited to receive and begin wearing your new Custom Letter Jacket! We provide industry leading production time of 3-4 weeks for most custom orders. All LetterCustom® apparel is custom made to order based on your unique specifications. Sometimes we will also have a rush order option. If a rush order available, it will appear at time of checkout that you can select. Once your order is completed, we will promptly ship your order via the shipping method selected at checkout. We currently recommend UPS shipping however we can ship via your preferred carrier. Track your order status under My Account and feel free to Contact Us with any questions!
Where will my order ship from?
Once completed and checked for quality, your order will ship immediately from our facility in Eagle Mountain, Utah USA. Once it has left our facility, please allow 2-10 business for delivery based on your shipping selection at time of checkout. You can track your order status under My Account
What designs can I upload for patches?
You can upload any images that meet’s the Personalized Apparel Rules. Per copyright and trademark laws, you are not able to use any copyrighted or trademarked content (i.e. sports team logos, player names, etc.) LetterCustom® strictly prohibits the use of profane or offensive content. We welcome you to upload your own custom designs so long it meets the above-mentioned criteria, at sole discretion. Once your custom image is approved and added to your account profile, you can use it as often as you like for LetterCustom® products of all sorts!
What materials are used to create your jackets?
LetterCustom® Premium Varsity Jackets are handmade with the highest quality materials including, Genuine Natural Cowhide Leather, Thick 24oz Melton Wool, Ringspun Cotton, and Colorfast Polyester Knit. Don’t settle for anything less than the best in quality! We are dedicated to making sure your Jacket not only looks great but feels great and is made to last for years to come! What payment methods do you accept?
LetterCustom® accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, & Apple Pay). For your convenience, we also accept PayPal Credit Financing. If you are required by your school or organization to pay using a method other than those listed such as check, please contact us to arrange payment.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders addressed within Utah, USA. At this time all other states and international orders are not assessed sales tax. Retailers and distributors can send sales tax exemption/resell certificate to [email protected]
Who do you make jackets for?
LetterCustom not only makes jackets for schools and students! We work with clubs, corporate groups, special events, marketing departments and more! We can help you create the perfect team Varsity Letter Jacket that your group will be proud to wear.
How can I become a distributor?
LetterCustom® is actively seeking local area distributors of our High Quality Custom Jackets & Customized Apparel. At LetterCustom, your complete satisfaction will always be our number one goal. Once you receive your Jacket or wearable please inspect it immediately to ensure there are no defects or imperfections. If any Jacket or wearable is found to be defective we will replace or repair it at no cost to you. Simply fill out the contact form and we will email you an RMA and return postage label. Please remember that personalized apparel is custom made to order and is personal to only you. As such, we are unable to accept returns on Jackets or wearables for any other reason.
